After hearing hours of passionate testimony from community members, the Board of Land and Natural Resources (BLNR) voted today to not accept the U.S. Army’s Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed retention of state-owned lands at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) on Hawaii Island.
