LIHUE — Voting started on Wednesday (Aug. 27), and voters are allowed one vote every 24 hours toward getting Kauai-born Tristan Hardy to become the 2025 Face of Halloween.
At stake is a $13,000 purse, a feature article in Rue Morgue Magazine, and an opportunity to meet horror legends Jamie Lee Curtis, Matthew Lillard, and Kane Hodder.
For Tristan Hardy, this is not just a contest — it is the launchpad to turn spooky creativity into a full-time dream and share her artistry with the world.
“I love creating spooky Halloween looks, decorating my home, and watching horror movies — just don’t spook me,” Tristan Hardy said.
According to her publicist, Ikona Lee, Tristan Hardy is a Kauai-born makeup artist known for her spooky Halloween transformations that captivate her community year after year.
