ANAHOLA — The Kauaʿi Police Department is asking for the public’s help with locating a missing person.
Rachel “Promise” Vegas, 32, of California was last seen off Aliomanu Rd. in Anahola.
She was reported missing around 8:50 p.m. Thursday night, according to a KPD spokesperson.
Vegas is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. She has wavy, shoulder-length blond/light brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt and black and white baggy leggings.
Anyone with information about Vegas’ whereabouts is urged to call KPD Dispatch at 241-1711.
