LIHUE — Kapaa High School baseball, the 2025 Central Pacific Bank Kauai Interscholastic Federation 2025 Champions following a marathon 19-inning contest against Kauai High School that spanned two days, placed six players and coach on the KIF Baseball All-Stars that was released on Tuesday.
After capturing the CPB KIF championship in a playoff contest against Waimea High School, the winner of the KIF Round 1, the Warriors advanced to the state tournament where they finished in second place after dropping to Damien Memorial High School in the title game.
Duke Sardinha was selected as the Coach of the Year, and Kapaa sophomore Kimo Kupihea was the Player of the Year.
