KPD seeks public’s help locating missing 12-year-old

LIHUʻE – The Kauai Police Department (KPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile. 

Lokahi Valpoon, a 12-year-old resident of Koloa, was last seen in Anahola on Apr. 6, 2025. He is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

He is known to frequent the Anahola, Lihue, Puhi and Koloa areas.

KPD is actively investigating his whereabouts and urges anyone with information to come forward.
