David Tarnas and Councilman James Hustace, with partners including the Big Island Invasive Species Committee will host a Zoom community meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday to address the coconut rhinoceros beetle and its increasing threat to Hawaii’s agriculture and quality of life.
