Norman Elston Dubbs, 92, of Kailua-Kona died June 10 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in North Fruitdale, Ore., he was a retired charter skipper and boat inspector at Honokohau Harbor. Private services held. Survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Jeffrey) McDaniel of Kailua-Kona; a grandson. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
