Twenty-nine wahine and kane groups from 22 halau competed in this year’s group Hula Kahiko competition on Friday night during the 61st Merrie Monarch Festival in Hilo. The groups are back on stage at the Edith Kanakaole Multi-Purpose Stadium tonight for the group Hula ‘Auana competition, which will followed by the hula results for 2024.
