Susan Webb, president of VoX International, which holds the Hawaii Tourism Authority contract to provide destination brand management and marketing services in Canada, boasted during HTA’s spring update that Canada had 37 more visitors to Hawaii in January than Japan, making America’s neighbor to the north the state’s top international market for the month.
