“Bikes on Rice” returns next week.
Cyclists of all ages and abilities are welcome to head out from the Lihue Civic Center at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. The group will take a safe, slow-paced, fun ride through surrounding neighborhoods.
This is the first of monthly rides throughout 2019. The goal is to help create more awareness of cyclists with drivers and demonstrate that cars and bikes can use the roads together.
