KAPA‘A — An informational open house is being held at the Kapa‘a Public Library about the Kapa‘a Stream Bridge Project on Wednesday, March 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be hosted by Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company and the Federal Highway Administration. Light pupu will be served.
