WAIPOULI — The Bull Shed Restaurant at The ISO, a Castle Resorts & Hotels property, once again took top honors in The Garden Island’s Best of Kauai 2019 peoples’ choice awards. The restaurant received first place in the categories of best restaurant and best steak.
