The county is paving Banyan Way today and Thursday, weather permitting.
The one-way street fronting the Hilo Seaside Hotel will be closed between 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. both days. The paving will affect the areas from Kalanianaole Avenue to Banyan Drive, between the Seaside and Ice Pond.
