Makoa Mizumoto-Perez connected with another three-run homer on Saturday to help the Kaua‘i bats during the championship journey.

Kaua‘i opened its tour with an 11-0 shutout over the Maui Bronco All-Stars to advance against the Hilo team. They got past the tournament home team 9-3 to set up the rematch against Maui on Sunday.
