Kikawa presents on ‘Io

KOLOA — The Koloa Missionary Church invites everyone to a Hawaiian History presentation by Kahu Daniel Kikawa on Feb. 12 starting at 6 p.m. 

Author of “Perpetuated in Righteousness,” and “God of Light, God of Darkness,” Kikawa will explore the rich tapestry of Hawaiian spirituality and soverignty.

With a deep connection to the Hawaiian cultural heritage, Kikawa brings a unique perspective to the understanding of ‘Io, the Supreme Being in Hawaiian culture.

His extensive research and profound insights shed new light on the historical and spiritual significance of ‘Io, offering a fresh look at the sovereign spirit of Hawai‘i.
