Police arrested 28-year-old Keauhou man on Thursday and charged him with numerous drug offenses.
Keoni Patrick Keliima Cassidy was charged with 16 offenses related to the attempted distribution of methamphetamine and heroin, possession of fentanyl, Suboxone and anabolic steroids — plus firearm offenses in relation to a Thursday incident in Kona.
Cassidy made his initial appearance Friday in Kona District Court. Judge Jill Hasegawa maintained Cassidy’s bail at $322,500 and ordered him to return Monday for a preliminary hearing.
