Ku‘ikahi Mediation Center host free talk

The non-profit Ku‘ikahi Mediation Center will host a free talk this Thursday as part of their “Finding Solutions, Growing Peace” Brown Bag Lunch Series. Talks are noon-1 p.m. on third Thursdays in the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, located at 655 Kilauea Avenue in Hilo.

This month’s speaker is Netisha De Lima on the topic “Working Better Together: Creating Partnerships that Thrive.”

“I specialize in helping business partners work better together,” said De Lima. “I grew up in an entrepreneur household, where my parents were both personal and professional partners, and saw firsthand how relationships and communication can make or break a small business.”

In this talk, learn the fundamentals of creating successful business partnerships, applicable to all types and stages of co-ownership.

Netisha De Lima was born and raised in Hilo. She is currently a business coach and referral marketing consultant for Asentiv Hawaii, the co-owner and founder HIL Maintenance, and a real estate investor.

The Brown Bag Lunch Series is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch and enjoy an informal and educational talk-story session. For more information, contact Ku‘ikahi Program Coordinator Majidah Lebarre at 935-7844, Ext. 3, or majidah@hawaiimediation.org.
