We have what is called a surface trough moving over the islands What this means for you: Winds will be on the light side for Kauai and O?ahu for your Labor Day: Lots of morning sunshine with some afternoon clouds and shower; perhaps some interior showers Maui County will have a mix of light winds with trade wind weather happening this afternoon into the evening.
