Have some class with political signs

I’m afraid the season of useless political roadside signs is with us again.

Years ago, some effort was made to amend the county codes and ordinances to regulate this visual pollution — perhaps The Garden Island can refresh our memory about the particulars about size and position requirements.

As I recall, only candidate JoAnn Yukimura made the attempt to adhere to the regulations.

It is my hope (probably in vain) the current crop of candidates and their supporters do so, and that the sign contents show some modicum of insight.
