Trump is not making America great
“Kimo” Rosen uses the trick of asserting Trump accomplishments but declining to mention even one.
Let me help. Record farm bankruptcies, record debt and deficits, migrant detention centers of filth and disease, crumbling foreign relations, except with dictators, rising prices, volatile stock market and data predicting recession, white nationalists “very fine people”, increasingly dirty air and water …
Most special, lying beyond comparison, big and small, even against actual audio and visual evidence.
This is making America great how?

Strike is not the answer for climate woes
I have been aware of climate change since the early 80s, and have been fighting against it for over a decade. The scheduled Climate Strike this Friday serves no practical purpose, and may even be counter-productive. The strike is not going to convert deniers or even fence-sitters. Those that want to see already see.
What is far more important than converting deniers is developing solutions, and a strike, instead of providing solutions, will only aggravate employers.
Rather than strike, we need workshops and brainstorming sessions. We need to radically improve our technology for clean, affordable and abundant energy at break neck speed. We need financing solutions to aid people in installing clean alternative energy. What if we just facilitated the installation of non-demand water heaters?
Instead of whining, what if we actually did something about the problem?
