WAIPOULI — Pharmacist Lianne Malapit, who opened a long-term-care, assisted-living pharmacy in Lihu‘e last year, will be opening a Lifeway Pharmacy at the Coconut Marketplace in July.
“We are happy to be back to serve Kaua‘i’s residents and visitors, meeting their pharmacy and wellness needs,” Malapit said.
Lifeway Pharmacy at the Coconut Marketplace will offer free compliance packaging, medication evaluations and personal pharmacist consultations. It will also offer holistic and natural supplements and natural home-care products.
Malapit previously sold three Lifeway Pharmacies to CVS: Lifeway Pharmacy Koloa was sold to Longs Drugs Po‘ipu in 2018, and Lifeway Pharmacy Lihu‘e and Waimea were sold to Longs Drugs Lihu‘e and ‘Ele‘ele, respectively, in 2019.
