Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a 39-year-old man wanted for questioning in a financial crimes investigation.
Brandon William Seda is described as being 5-feet-6-inches, 305 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He frequents the Hilo area.
Anyone with information regarding Seda or his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
