Frances Rodillas, 94, of Hilo died May 13 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired Hawaii County Police Department lieutenant, retired U.S. Army 1st lieutenant, member and extraordinary minister of St. Joseph Catholic Church and member of Ancient Order of Foresters Court Mauna Kea No. 8854, Y.M.I. and Knights of Columbus. Visitation 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Face masks and social distancing required.
