Police have released Westen Tegman, the 32-year-old Hilo man arrested on suspicion of murder in the death 28-year-old Isaac Wessel-Rivera, 28, whose body was found Friday night on the bank of the Wailuku River in Hilo.
The investigation into Wessel-Rivera’s death is continuing and an autopsy has been scheduled.
