Police are seeking Manuel J. Subica of Keaau, who is wanted on multiple warrants for his arrest, including a bench warrant for second-degree assault, domestic abuse of a minor younger than 14, third-degree criminal property damage, violating a protective order and two counts of terroristic threatening.
Subica is described as 6-foot-1, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, mustache and beard. He’s known to frequent Keaau and Hilo areas.
Anyone with information on Subica’s whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency number 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
