Police are seeking the public’s help to find a 13-year-old Hilo boy reported missing as a runaway.
Scott Kapeli-Spencer was last seen in Hilo at about 8 a.m. Saturday.
He’s described as 5-feet-tall, about 190 pounds with brown eyes
and dark curly hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
