Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Lokelani Trouche-Nobriga of Hilo, who was reported as a runaway.
Trouche-Nobriga is described as 4-foot-11-inches, 119 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen in Hilo on Jan. 28, she wearing a black jacket, jeans and white shoes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police nonemergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
