Public hearing on proposed amendments to Liquor Control rules set for Dec. 9

LIHU‘E — The county Liquor Control Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Thursday, Dec. 9, at 4 p.m., on proposed amendments to the rules and regulations of the commission. The proposed amendments involve generally the subjects of penalties, violations, digital signatures, electronic filing, trade names, use of assessed penalties, manager cards and required reports.

All interested persons who wish to present their testimony may do so via the Microsoft Teams audio-conferencing platform by calling 469-848-0234 and entering conference ID #672 376 10#.

Those wishing to participate via video teleconferencing may do so via the Microsoft Teams video-teleconferencing platform via the link https://bit.ly/3p5Paf3.
