LIHUE — Registration for the county boys and girls basketball leagues, for grades five through eight, begins Wednesday. The cost is $30 per player.
Registration will take place at the Lihue and Hanapepe neighborhood centers as well as the Department of Parks and Recreation’s main office, 4444 Rice St., Suite 105.
Registration times are from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
The basketball season runs from Feb. 15 through May 15.
