Response to Gary Hooser

Mr. Gary Hooser in response to your opinion editorial “Policy and Politics” and to all other Democratic Socialist Progressives, your ideology is far Left of Center and is truly not considered Centrist. Your unique attempt to move your “Goal Posts” further Left is admirable and a failure.

I will challenge your positions as an American Constitutional Originalist and Conservative Republican and will respond to your list of values and issues in sequence. We must remember that the intent of our Founding Fathers was to present to its citizens, us, a Constitutional Republic. Now to your values and issues:

w Health care is a benefit available to all American citizens to seek without any government intervention.

w Black Lives Matter is a Marxist and Racist Organization that must not exist in the United States.

w The America’s criminal justice system and consequences must be taught in all Public venues, especially in the home and in the Public Schools.

w The Constitution is crystal clear under, “Amendment I, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” Our Constitution does not recognize “Protest” as the highest form of patriotism.

w The United States must lead in Climate Change science, that the normal function and events of the World is caused by Earth axis tilt as it orbits the sun.

w There is absolutely no legal or economic reason to make adjustments to the Federal Minimum Wage Rate. The Minimum Wage Rate must be established by each State of the Union, with the Private Sector and Labor negotiating sick leave and family medical leave benefits.

w No changes are required to any of the United States Tax Laws for another ten (10) years. The current Tax Laws must be given time to stabilize with the American economy and Congress must affect the reduction of the Country’s debt.

w No changes are required to any of the existing United States Environmental, Economic, and Climate Laws, where the time of ten (10) years, must be provided to have the existing Laws work as provided.

w The Federal Government must coordinate with States and Counties to guarantee that all citizens have available clean air, clean water, and can survive without fear of toxic waste.

w Parents of all children must be the first early educators to develop that lifetime bond between Parents and Child. The Parents are empowered to choose any early-childhood education program without any government intervention.

w Pay and benefits are temporary motivators of teachers. The Dept. of Education (Board and Administration) must find other methods of providing incentives for teachers to enjoy their career choice.

w Best incentives for post high school students continuing their education are through scholarships, work-study programs, and Private Sector financial educational plans.

w The Defense and Border security of the United States and its citizens is the primary responsibility of the Federal Government and the Congress. The United States as a Constitutional Republic provides the citizens of the State full authority to elect their Representatives to present their voice in support of the National defense.

w The Constitution is crystal clear that; Amendment XIV, SECTION. 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” Compensation falls into the area of equal protection of the laws that the compensation must be equal for doing the same work and modified for experience.

w The Constitution is crystal clear that; Amendment I, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” The First Amendment does not have any reference to your words, “Freedom of religion and the right to believe – or not to believe-is a fundamental human right. Church and state must remain separate.”

w The Constitution is crystal clear in; Amendment XIV, SECTION. 1. The Constitution is silent on LGBTQ+ individuals and their community, for if they are “born or naturalized in the United States, they are subject to the jurisdiction thereof, as citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. And, most important, “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.” All LGBTQ+ Hawaiian citizen must comply to the same Laws as any other Hawaiian citizen.

w The Constitution is crystal clear that; Amendment XIV, SECTION. 1. Twenty-nine (29) States, in conformance with Science, have adopted Laws that Life begins at Conception. And, four (4) additional States have introduced life begins at conception legislation. The Congress, representing all 50 States of the Republic, has introduced legislation supporting “Life begins at Conception” and continue working for approval of the legislation.

w Diversity is “not” our greatest strength. Our faith and fortunes are bound together and rise and fall together (As Americans). The Constitution is crystal clear under; Amendment XIV, SECTION. 1. That we are one as an American citizen (All persons born of naturalized in the United States) standing together and certainly not diverse to defuse our strength. We are one, as American, period.

The values and issues of yours and the Democratic Party are radical and in direct conflict with the Constitutions’ intent of a Republic form of government. Seriously, we are far apart in our values and issues, and if you are serious in wanting a better tomorrow, it is in your court by returning to the clear intent of our Constitution.

Mr. Hooser, yes, we can work together when you come back to the side as Constitution Originalists and accomplish the Country’s purpose as intended by our Founding Fathers.
