I just wanted to write to thank you all the amazing customer service I received on Monday — from the quick check-in (an hour earlier than my appointment time) to the ride to my appointment; the slice of banana bread from Katie and superb communication with many of the staff there. No wonder people come back to you!
Katie got me an appointment so fast, and it was really wonderful to see her. I’ve known her since we were on the KHS board together in the ’80s!! I also appreciated the opportunity to catch up with Sharon about two mutual friends as she gave me a ride to my appointment. What service – with a smile!!
I was expecting to wait about 4 hours, but was in and out in under 1.5 as they had two technicians working at the same time! All in all, it was a very special experience – which made the rest of my day go so smoothly, I felt I was in a time warp!!
Tire Warehouse is a superb local business that delivers top-notch customer service as well as competitive pricing, quality work and a fast turnaround. Congratulations on being a five-star establishment.
