LIHUE — The Mokihana Club reminds applicants to its 55th Annual Music Scholarship Competition that the deadline for filing applications is March 21.
The application and more information on the scholarship is available by visiting the organization’s website at www.themokihanaclub.org/music.
The competition, which is open to any graduating high school senior, is scheduled for April 2.
To be eligible for the scholarship and competition, the graduating high school senior must be living on Kauai, and planning to major in music at a college or university.
The candidate must have a desire to continue their musical studies beyond high school and pursue a career in the music industry.
