Kaylee-Tayler Reiko Balbarino

Kaylee-Tayler Reiko Balbarino, 22, of Kauai, passed away on Dec. 18, 2019. She was born in Lihue on Nov. 4, 1997.

She is survived by parents Patrick Balbarino and Susan (Jack) Kawamura-Mayer, sisters Kristel (Francisco Espinosa Torres) Balbarino and Nicole Balbarino, grandparents Edward and Lilli Kawamura Sr. and Millie Balbarino, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, Jan. 10, at Kauai Veterans Center, with visitation from 4 p.m. and services to follow at 5 p.m.

Kauai Memorial Gardens &Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Robynne Darlene Ku‘uleialoha Kanoho

Robynne Darlene Ku‘uleialoha Kanoho, formerly known as Robynne D.K Kauanui, of Anahola, passed away at Wilcox Medical Center on Dec. 17, 2019, at the age of 70.

Born in Lihue on Nov. 1, 1949, she was employed at Duane’s Ono Char Burger as a cook, prep cook and cashier.

She was preceded in death by husband Henry P. Kanoho, father Joseph Kauanui, and mother Blossom P. Kauanui.

She is survived by daughter Debra Bonilla of Anahola, sons Rawlin (Cheri Alamani) Kanoho of Salem, Oregon, Henry P. Kanoho Jr. of Anahola, and Burl Kanoho of Warrenton, Oregon, brothers Joseph (Sandy) Kauanui of Florida, Vern Kauanui of Anahola and Emery Kauanui Sr. of Lihue, hanai brother Rudolph Kanekoa, sister Maileann Battad-Robins Kaopuiki of Molokai, eight grandsons and five granddaughters, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Kapaa Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with family viewing from 8 to 9 a.m., public viewing from 9 to 10:30 a.m., and services to follow.

Burial will follow at Keapana Cemetery.

The family suggests casual attire.
