Mark G. ‘Maka’ Chandler
Mark G. “Maka” Chandler, of Anahola, passed away on July 15, 2023, at Wilcox Medical Center, at the age of 61. He was born in Lihu‘e on Oct. 22, 1961. He was a landscaper and served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by father Michael Chandler, brothers James Yim and Levi Chandler.
He is survived by mother Merrilee Chandler, sons Justin Chandler, Levi Chandler, daughter Mahealani Chandler, brothers Walter (Elsie) Yim Jr., Michael (Gigi) Chandler Jr., Lloyd (Nan) Chandler, Jeffery Chandler, Leo (Noni) Chandler, Pio Chandler and Shawn Chandler.
A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
